Pasteli Bar is a family owned and operated company founded by the Daikopoulos family with love and a passion for offering a Mediterranean food style and balanced healthy eating. Choosing to make tasty and more importantly healthy, nutrient-rich snacks for our kids, family and friends was our motivation to come up with Pasteli Bar!

Our pasteli workshop is located in Cambridge-Ontario and operated by us, Eleni (owner) and Chris (co-founder). We are proud to deliver our products to your local grocery stores, always freshly prepared -and at a fraction of the cost you would pay elsewhere.
As an independent artisan workshop, we would like to assure our customers that our team is taking all the recommended precautions above and beyond our everyday high operating standards to minimize our exposure. This includes following the Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations that allow us to produce food safely, including regular sanitation, hand-washing, regular use and disposal of PPE when in and out of the shop, and restricting sick people from our facilities.
